BotDesk turns your documentation into a Telegram FAQ bot. Upload docs (paste, .txt, .md or .pdf); BotDesk splits them into chunks, retrieves the relevant parts for each question and answers with your own OpenAI key (gpt-4o-mini).

It keeps 3-turn conversation memory. When it isn't confident, the question goes to an unanswered-questions inbox and can be escalated to a human on Telegram.
