Get started with InboxCheck

InboxCheck cleans your email list before you send. It checks syntax, mail servers (MX records), disposable domains, role addresses like sales@ or info@, free providers, and common typos such as gmial[.]com. Each email gets a status (valid / risky / invalid / unknown), a 0–100 score and clear reasons.

What you need

Step by step: your first result

  1. Open inboxcheck-app.pages.dev. The free version checks 50 emails a day.
  2. Paste a single email address to try it. For example, an address at gmial[.]com comes back flagged with a “did you mean gmail.com?” suggestion.
  3. For a full list, upload your CSV and use the column picker to choose the email column.
  4. Run the check and read each result's status, score and reasons.
  5. Export either only the valid rows or the full CSV with results, then import the clean list into your sending tool.
  6. For unlimited checks, buy on Gumroad, paste the license key from your receipt into the app and click Activate.

FAQ

Does it check whether the mailbox actually exists?

No. There is no SMTP mailbox ping. Treat it as a first-pass cleaner: it catches bad syntax, dead domains, disposable and role addresses, and typos.

Is there a daily limit?

The free version checks 50 emails a day. A license key removes the limit.

Does it use paid APIs?

No.
